The authors publish their reference implementation in the public domain, and it was read directly: the principal terms are taken at multiples of thirty degrees of solar longitude, the secondary terms offset by fifteen, the leap month is the first month in a thirteen-month year that contains no principal term, and everything is referred to the meridian of Beijing, with the local mean time of 116 degrees 25 minutes east used before 1929 and the eight-hour zone after it.
